increased 2kg after morning jogging and night badminton, is because u might have eaten alot more then usual cos ur body felt the need to eat more after all the energy that has been lost throughout the day. you gotta monitor ur food intake as well after exercise. oh!...or maybe u weight yourself with extra thing on ur body? heavy shirt? heavy jeans? for an accurate measurement, weight urself naked.....HahaHAHAHA!!!! hey it sounds funny but it's true man.
in one day nia bo, no eat a lot ler. need to get a weight scale if want to weight naked.
